Shipping Policy

 

What is the estimated delivery time?

We treat each order as a priority and aim to dispatch your goods as soon as possible. Please note the delivery time may vary depending upon the type of your order like direct/customized product. As of now all the deliveries take approximately 7-8 days. MyWoodenStore is dedicated to dispatching your products within the 4-5 days of the timeline; however, in the case of exceptional situations like transport strike, riots, natural calamities (like rains, flood, earthquakes, etc.), it might happen that the Est delivery time may exceed than the promised timeline. In such exceptional cases, MyWoodenStore may cancel the order and refund the full amount to the customer as per the scenario.

What if I don’t get my furniture even after the estimated date?

MyWoodenStore strives to reduce the shipping time, though some technical glitches may result in delay. If you are waiting for longer than usual, you are requested to call our Customer Service Representatives at +91-9999216361 (10 AM – 8 PM).

Are there additional fees to ship my product?

You don’t have to pay anything extra for your order. All products at MyWoodenStore are shipped absolutely free of charge.

What are the Shipping charges?

Shipping and installation is free with us. MyWoodenStore provides free delivery and installation for all orders in Gurgaon.

For Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad there is a delivery charge of Rs.500 for orders below 10,000 INR and above 10,000 INR shipping is free. All orders are delivered within 7-8 days. However, in case your place is over the third floor, and there is no facility for a lift, we charge extra fees for getting the product over to the floor. Charges of 700 INR will be applicable in that case.

How will you deliver my purchase?

We have partnered with leading logistics companies to ensure that your furniture arrives intact and right on time.

Can I receive my order at a different address?

Yes, MyWoodenStore can deliver your furniture at an address other than the billing address.

Can you deliver my product overseas?

No, currently MyWoodenStore products are available for national delivery only.

What am I responsible for upon delivery?

At the time of delivery, you are requested to ensure that no part is damaged or missing of your furniture. In case you find any damage, kindly contact our Customer Service Representatives at +91- 9999216361(10 AM – 8 PM) and inform about the same at the time of delivery.

Where does MyWoodenStore provide Delivery services?

MyWoodenStore offers its delivery services in Gurgaon, Manesar, Faridabad, Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad at present.

Does MyWoodenStore provide free installation for all the product(s)?

Yes, MyWoodenStore offers free installation services in Gurgaon, Manesar, Faridabad, Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad.

What should a customer do in case of a broken product?

In case of any broken product, the customer would need to contact MyWoodenStore and notify the issue to us. We’d be happy to offer the best feasible solution as per the scenario to the customer.

Custom Product Delivery timeline?

Custom made products can get delay by 10-12 days, over a regular delivery time of 4-5 days.

 

Return Policy

At MyWoodenStore, we provide high quality products at reasonable prices. In unsual cases, a customer may want to return or cancel the order; the request for the same shall be guided by MyWoodenStore Return & Cancellation Policy as detailed below.

Return Request:
  1. Return request can be accepted only in case where there is a material defect / damage found in the product.
  2. For any external damages to the packed product, please document the same on the delivery acknowledgment at the time of delivery.
  3. For upholstery / fragile items (Sofa, Bed, Glass, Lighting, and Mirrors etc.) please take Open Delivery and verify the same is damage free before accepting the delivery and return immediately if found damaged.
  4. For other furniture that requires installation, the packing must be opened only by MyWoodenStore authorized personal at the time of installation.
  5. Refund can be provided by MyWoodenStore if replacement is not in stock. The same will be processed within 7 working days after pick up of original item. Payment made through Debit / Credit cards will be reversed to the same card, and Net banking payment will be reversed to the same bank account.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Request:

1. In case of cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, a full refund will be processed.
2. Post the 24-hour window, you will be charged 50% of the order value.
